I really liked the chemistry between them. Very sweet and I loved their friendship. I have to watch more to decide if I will ship them, but I'm all for their loving friendship.

I can see myself as Sam in his relationship with Shelly. I can't believe she doesn't realize that Sam likes her. Of course he could be coming off as acting like a brother to her. Which is the wrong way to go for Sam. I understand the need to protect her. Especially since she is his best friend and he likes her as more. However doing this is only going to make her think of him as a brother. I know, I've been there. It's not a good place. Sam needs to be careful and Shelly needs to open her eyes.

They are definately cute as friends. I'm not sure how I feel about them as a couple yet, I want to see how that's played out.

I still love these two as a couple, even after the pilot. I think Shelly treated poor Sam really crappy, but I'm going to give her a small benefit of the doubt considering her grandfather had just died. I hope Shelly can learn to appreciate and respect him more. And I hope Sam can learn to not make her his world when she's not interested. Then maybe we'll get somewhere.

Oh, an another thing, I kept waiting for the S/S hug after the snowboarding competition. She hugged everyone else. I was really disappointed when it didn't happen

Sam took a hit for her. He really just wanted to protect her. I don't know what to think about them as a couple. I think they are really cute, but I don't want Sam to start trying to control her. I dunno yet.

Yeah, but they could've had one before she went down the hill... or he could've boarded down the mountain and by the time David was telling them he was off to Denver he could've made it down


Lisa, if anything, I think it would be Shelly trying to control Sam. But I really don't think it would happen with either of them. Neither one seems to have control issues.
