The front page has Jennifer Garner on the cover, with the title Alias in pink and quite big, then with the subtitle: After two years of twists and betrayals, who can we trust? From the contents page, it looks like quite a big article - 11 pages with lots of pictures... There's also articles on "Angel", "Charmed", "Harry Potter & The Books Of Magic" and "The Lord Of The Rings" in the magazine too. Big DC Fan 5.20pm PS: Do you know if S1 will be shown Daily on Sky One at 10am - as I can't forward my Sky Planner for 1 March Also, don't happen to know if they'll continue with S2 do you? Cos I was thinking, if that's the case, I could record S3 on Bravo, then I can watch it, once I've caught up with S1 & 2 |

I paid about that much for Buffy Season 1 and that's not even a full season. How come Alias is so much cheaper?

but as far as i know they plan to repeat season 1 every weekday, whether they will then continue on to s2 with sky you can never tell. last year they were showing beverly hills 90210 from the beginning and showed the whole of s1 and s2 and then stopped for no reason half way through s3 - so i definately wouldnt trust sky to show both seasons straight through! |

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but dont rely on Sky (that rhymes) for seeing much of Alias. Here is the schedule:
1 March Sky1 10:00 to 11:25 Ep01 2 March Sky 1 10:00 to 11:00 Ep02 2 March Sky Mix 12:00 to 13:25 Ep01 3 March Sky 1 02:40 to 03:30 Ep02 3 March Sky 1 10:00 to 11:00 Ep03 3 March Sky Mix 12:00 to 12:55 Ep02 4 March Sky 1 03:30 to 04:20 Ep03 4 March Sky 1 10:00 to 11:00 Ep04 4 March Sky Mix 12:00 to 12:55 Ep03 5 March Sky 1 02:40 to 03:30 Ep04 5 March Sky 1 10:00 to 11:00 Ep05 5 March Sky Mix 12:00 to 12:55 Ep04 And thats the lot. In its place for the following weeks is Angel, so Sky are just using it as filler. Bravo is showing S3 from Sunday 14 March at 21:00. __________________

Sky 1 is just so stupid. Why show it for only one week?

Oh no My plans to catch up with "Alias" isn't going to happen is it!
Oh well... maybe I'll just watch from S3 onwards on Bravo, if at all Thanks for the news Camdish! Big DC Fan 8.27pm |

Schedule update.
Well I'm not sure what to believe about the scheduling for Alias on Sky. According to DigiGuide Ep06 is being shown on the 08/03, which would be consistant if they are showing the whole series. However according to Sky's own advanced schedule for March it has Angel listed for that date and timeslot. I suppose the advice with any advanced scheduling is that it's subject to change. Oh and BTW on the 08/03 Five are showing S2/Ep22 at 00:20 for those interested. __________________

More information.
Well this was bugging me so I contacted the Senior Programme Information Editor for Sky One, who confirmed that Alias WILL be shown during week 11 (Monday-Friday) in the 10:00 o'clock slot. She apologised for their advance schedule not being up to date but was cagey about whether Alias would be shown in its entirety. I guess you will just have to keep an eye on the EPG for the weeks ahead. __________________

hi, thanks camdish for the update on skys schedules, they do seem to change them with rarely any notice.
but hopefully they will repeat the whole of s1! still not long to go now until we get the new episodes on bravo. |
