If they were really engaged or having a baby, wouldn't we know for sure by now? How long has the baby rumor been out?

It started at the Queen and Slim premiere, it was their first Red Carpet event together and she was wearing a flowing dress and they were each wearing rings on their left hands and she had her hand on her stomach a couple of times.
