Which DC character did you dislike most?
I was just curious which character totally got on your nerves. Mine would have to be Eve. She caused nothing but trouble and her character was pointless.

Let me see I don't remember his name but he was Pacey's boss when he was a stockbroaker(spelling??). For some reason that guy just annoyed me.

Joey annoyed me the most. That girl is never happy...she always makes a big thing out fo everything. One minute she's kissing Dawson the next she's having a go at him. Then she treated Jen like crap. She got better though in season 6.

I would go with Joey also. Funny because she was my fave character in season 1 along Pacey but in the end their relationship together and the triangle that never left the show destroyed my love for Joey and also Pacey. But Joey the most. I hated how she played both Dawson and Pacey, how she couldn't make up her mind by herself and how she acted like a victim all the time. So many things to say about Joey and how I hate her LOL

Regular characters: I also disliked Joey the most, and I thought she was one of the most self-absorbed characters ever presented on a television show who broke the hearts of both Dawson and Pacey, but right up to the end, they never got over her, and the show came down to who she would choose. I also hated how the show focused on her more and more over the years, and I never could understand why she received so much adulation from all the characters, male and female alike, when she really wasn’t a very nice person.
Guest characters: I hated Eddie the most. His character was a pointless “filler” character who functioned as one of the last characters to fall for Joey’s IT, and Oliver Hudson was one of the worst actors that I’ve ever seen in my life. It was obvious that the writers were, like Audrey said, trying to make him combine the best qualities of Dawson and Pacey, but they failed miserably in my humble opinion. I can’t believe they’re going to give Oliver Hudson another show in the fall. It pays to have connections! __________________

Pretty much, all of the pointless characters from S5: Charlie, Professor Wilder, Karen, Alex.
Henry, Eve, and Eddie are honorable mentions, as well. As far as the regular characters, Dawson was my least favorite. __________________

Regular characters - Joey. For all the reasons everybody else mentioned. Plus, I just honestly didn't need another Kelly Taylor in my lifetime. Course I was so caught up in my D/J love for much of the series I didn't care that I basically hated one half of the couple I loved...now I look back and go huh - wassup with that?
Guests - I agree with Jerry that Eddie was pretty bad. But my vote has to go for Charlie. Because not only did he possess many of the cringeworthy characteristics of Eddie (being magically transformed to 'love' and want to commit by Joey's IT), but he also hurt Jen in the process. __________________

I adored all the main characters(including Mitch, Bessie etc.). I never disliked any of them.
But the one character that comes to mind that I instantly disliked was Henry. I never liked anything about him or that storyline. Jen could have done much better. I disliked some of the other characters' plotlines/stories(Eve, Eddie, Natasha etc.) but I can't say that I totally disliked the characters they portrayed. |

well, can you love someone and hate them at the same time?
i feel that way about joey usually. i think she was by far the most self absorbed person on the show. she toyed w/ ppl's emotions for no good reason. i mean, of course i really wanted her and D to be together but she was really frustrating. she never gave anybody a good reason for any of her crazy actions. i guess i also dislike eve, henry was okay, thought charlie was pointless and a player. thought audrey was the dorkiest character to ever make it into's dawson's inner circle. eddie's character pointless, but kinda like him anyway. abby was completely frustrating. |

It's a tie between Joey and Pacey. Though Pacey didn't annoy me as much when he was with Andie, while Joey annoyed me ... always. So yeah...

Joey. IMO Joey is more self-absorbed than Dawson and that's saying something. I hated how she was so wishy-washy, she NEVER knew what she wanted. Then towards the end she started acting "sweet" and had this cutesy tone in her voice. Annoying. And okay, I guess I can't say her change in personality is one of the main reasons why I disliked her so much because I didn't even like the old her in the earlier seasons. Joey was always saying rude things to Jen even though Jen was the nicest person in the world to her. I was so glad when Jen finally said something to her The All-Nighter.
