Joey was always expecting Pacey to mess up, that's why his angry speech to Joey, despite the rudeness, wasn't so out of place, right? She never expected much from him, even in the beginning of the year, she was considering to stay in Capeside, because she thought he would never get out of the town... Yes. Sadly, I have to admit I understand them both...
I understand Pacey's anger toward Joey even if he had no right to get that mad at her! I also understand Joey but I think she should have treated Pacey better because she knew he was always feeling like he was a failure... I guess as individuals I like those two (well, Joey not so much!), but as a couple, they're simply terrible! __________________

Dawson would never have dreamed of shouting at Joey the way Pacey did in Promicide but then Dawson didn't have those self esteem issues that Pacey had, if he had, he wouldn't have tried to blame them on Joey.
