Monica/Chandler remain the gold standard (for me) as to how you can portray a couple in love and keep them interesting, while not having needless drama/scandals. Just love them, and even during my multiple rewatches, they really do stand the test of time.
(even if some jokes in the show and Joey's characterisation now, seems quite problematic in hindsight)
