I really enjoyed this episode. Phillip is so funny. Loved how he bought Gibbs a new phone and set him up on a dating app. Didn't think Gibbs would keep it though, knew he'd throw it in the fire.
Glad Torres takes Ellie's advice in the end that he needs to rest to get better.
I loved how everyone thought the valentine sent to Jack was from Gibbs. Sweet of that lady to return Jack's own card, I had a feeling it would be from her daughter. That was nice.
Yes, I really hope we get to see Breena soon. And Delilah!
