Carol would have suffered no damage from the gauntlet/snap, in Binary Mode. she is a living white dwarf supernova in that mode, albeit for a short time. in the comics, it's like about 20min to half hour she can go all supernova, then back to normal Cap til the white dwarf energy recharges.
