Based on the poll and votes, what is expected vote percentage for a board to be added?
Or
What is the minimum percentage of votes in poll that a submission has to pass?
I hope this makes sense, but when reviewing votes periodically on the poll, they fluctuate, so if I knew a base line I think it could help me to understand.
