Just googled it and according to one source it is 215.4 miles and it would take over 4 hours by road. It takes about an hour to mid-town Manhattan from JFK. The traffic in NYC is horrendous. I remember in the first few episodes it showed Olivia travelling by air but not how she got from the airport. Maybe they got their transporter plane like Peter requested from Broyles, after all.
