I respect his decision to "change" with his priorities. At least we have 5.5 seasons with him to look back on...

He basically speaks about his priorities changing, and that he wants to spend more time with his wife and kid(s).

Also everyone talks about working with him. He'll be dearly missed by Rob and Vanessa, since he had their back with always giving advice...
