I’m just doing half an hour right now, so I do 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes with handheld weights, an ab machine, and a jump rope, and then 10 minutes on the elliptical, which is my favorite. But then I’m also getting to do a lot of choreography at this point in the year, which is great cardio! I may be biased, but I think dance is seriously one of the best workouts.
