My appointments went well. My talk therapist is helping me get through my anxiety and panic attacks. I am anxious about finding a new place to live and I am getting help from a couple of sources.

My diabetes nurse is pleased with how I am doing. Other than a few high blood sugar test results, she is happy to hear about my eating habits.

I am going to Walmart tomorrow with my Jade.
