Hi guys. I've been having trouble with my Xbox live connection on our Xbox one at home & am curious if 1 of can help me out. It's given code "0x8040011" if you have seen that before. I haven't gotten connected online with it all today. It also has the NAT Type set at "unavailable". I was wondering if you know what that means?

You typically need an open NAT type to play online. I used to know how to reset this issue by going to a wireless website (like where you type an IP address and edit it that way) but i haven’t used it in 10 years. Is your internet good for everything else at your house?
