I recieved an email urging me to renew my membership, which before I wasn't planning on renewing since I didn't get much.

Hello my friends... today is a beautiful sunny saturday... and it's amazing that we're all here to enjoy it. The truth is there's no telling how long we'll be around to enjoy days like this... so it's a good idea to really enjoy em while we can. Are you thirsty? Are you hungry? Are you tired? Are you comfortable? Are you breathing deep enough? It's so nice to be aware of all these kinds of things because they're so easy to correct when you're paying attention... I just took a sip of water... and I sat up a little straighter... and I definitely took a deeper breath. Every breath and every beat of the heart is a gift... so you can feel grateful all day long if you're paying attention. There's no music playing right now... but the window of this room is open and i can hear the sound of the trees moving in the wind. And just then a car passed by......
