That is George's place/compound. He doesn't live there though. It's a facility for sound mixing/recording, HQ for Lucasfilm, a theater, etc. It also has a massive library and a lot of props from the films and stuff. It's incredible.

There are multiple buildings but the main house is like a big, white Victorian farmhouse. it is huge.
