Interesting thoughts, Taryn. I guess that there's no real reason (apart from sexual pleasure) for the Primes to sleep with each other since they're transferred to their host bodies through the consciousness anyway ... but I would imagine that they'd avoid sleeping with the Primes hosting their children's consciousness at the very least?
I feel like there's no plausible way for the Primes to justify violating someone's body and erasing their memories for the sake of their own eternal survival ... but they probably have rationalised it in one way or another, since they seem pretty comfortable with the entire system by now. And people who object against it will most likely pay a dear price for it.
