It might for Tyrion down the road. I think Sansa will be okay.
There's record of Rhaegar getting his marriage to Elia annulled. And I think the Rhaegar/Lyanna marriage is recorded too. Gilly found in at the Citadel. But that's it, outside of Bran seeing it back in time. There's really no way of proving it. But I feel like the same could be said of a lot of the characters.
And that's actually a plot in the books. There's a character that claims to be a Targaryen, but it's not known whether he's lying or not.
