I would actually like marriage to be suggested before and then surprisingly a pregnancy reveal after that. I don‘t worry much about a conflict arising since I think that Dany will see with Cersei once the Kings Landing plot returns that you can lose all happiness while sitting on the throne.

I somehow think that the house with the red door ending seems the most likely to me (Jon and Dany not wanting the throne and going to live in obscurity).
