Evil, his body is just the vessel for Satan so Satan will be controlling him 100%. Hence, why he had red eyes. He just has human vulnerabilities now. The only way he will be good is if they find a way of separating the two again.
I'm interested in seeing how they do this though, because you can't kill Satan, he is a spiritual being so he can travel as he pleases, except temporarily in the show whilst he's in a human body. There is a prison in the spiritual realm though where he could be sent, but it wouldn't hold him for long.
Saying that though, Satan isn't actually meant to be evil, he's just the protector of Hell. It's Samael that is the evil one.
