Yeah it will be left on a cliff hanger. But i do believe CW will renew it. Carina and Julie Plec have a long standing relationship with the netwprk, so that will definetly help. And also the ratings have been pretty good since the premiere, the last one took a hit but that's to be expected when not all the affilates play the show that night. So I can see a renewal
