Do we think it's possible Chloe could affect other Celestrials the same way she does Lucifer?
She didn't 'work' on Cain but maybe that's because he was human.
We haven't actually seen a celestrial, other than Lucifer, get injured in her presence.
The closest we've got was the start of season 2 when Amenadil shot himself in front of her to try and convince her angels weren't real. Except he was wearing a bullit proof vest under his shirt as part of his deception.
I'd say it's possible that she's immune to whatever mind powers any of them have and could make ALL of them vulnerable to physical harm.
