I"m trying to get mom's tenant's insurance cancelled since she's apparently covered by my household insurance now that she's in long term care. They want a copy of my Power of Attorney and a letter from her residence stating the date mom vacated her previous room.
I guess I understand that they need some proof that I"m authorized to make the decision, but it just seems like a lot of hoops to jump through.
