Yeah, I can’t think of any serious fights, although there was tension during the Syzygy episode but they were arguing cause of astronomy or something.
I think this was an argument of sorts where Mulder wasn’t happy when he found out Scully was hiding the fact she saw a ghost in Elegy. She cried after talking to him.
