Babe you need an alarm clock Otherwise you'll keep living like this. One of the greatest advice I ever got from therapy was to always try to wake up at the same time, whether you have a job or not (I was unemployed back then). It helped 100% with my depression cause you get some sense of discipline in your day and don't start switching between day and night or sleeping too much...
