Yeah, that's what I think I read. Mich walked in on Cesare in a bathtub, but I don't think the two had sex. That really doesn't make sense as it doesn't fit Cesare's character.
And when had Lucrezia ever felt afraid of Cesare? Didn't she tell him in season 3 that she only feels safe when he's around?
