Totally agree that it was not realistic how you can directly see into Beck's apartment THAT easily. Plus, she was shown to be careful about giving her number to Joe, so why the heck wouldn't she be cautious about strangers being able to see her in her apartment without much effort?
I knew that Peach was going to end up dying because I read spoilers (oops) and seeing how distrustful she was about Joe right off the bat, it made total sense even if I didn't spoil myself on that. There's no way that she would not realise what a creep Joe was, given how sharp she was to pick up on the book thing and suspicious she was of him. Having said that, she clearly had her own issues and it was creepy AF how she had all those pictures of Beck in her laptop. Paulina, you were right about Peach having feelings for Beck.
I feel like Mr. Mooney is a tough-love sort of guy when it comes to Joe. He clearly cares about Joe (and protected him after finding out about his first kill) and thinks that the only way to get through him is to scare him into doing things in a certain way.
I'm still a bit baffled as to how no one raised any red flags about Beck's ex disappearing for a LONG time. I get why she thought that he was off the grid and doing shady stuff again, but the dude had a job and a partner. Didn't anyone at work wonder where he was? Or at least his family should have probed further, and realise that he had literally disappeared? (probably for plot purposes but still)
I'm guessing that Joe injured Candace and left her for dead, but she somehow survived and she's decided to blackmail him now, instead of going to the cops?
I agreed that Beck was not likeable in general though I did still feel sad when she died.
