What I like about Sara's leadership style is she knows her team and doesn't try to change them too much. Mick can't go around burning and killing everyone but she lets him steal and let him kill when it's needed. That's how she's able to keep Mick a valued member of the Legends.

Yup, she pretty much knows when to tell him to chill out and when to just be himself. She learnt the balance with him, and really with all the legends.
