Oh, it was. As always lame excuses for inexcusable actions!
I think they really sucked in s4, but I think it is mainly because of the huge screentime they had. Their few episodes in s6 were incredible painful for me, specially Castaways and Sex and Violence.
Speaking of Sex and Violence (could we just call it No sex and violence against us, poor people wanting to have fun and having to watch the agony it was Pacey and Joey), the whole jealous Joey was ridiculous. Throwing coffee at that girl's dress? S1 Joey was so much better and clever. Remember her in Detention?
Anyways, then we had to see Joey and Pacey's most fake kiss ever. Let's recall:
Joey looks at Pacey, Pacey looks at Joey... then you count what? 5 minutes... then Joey suddenly feels so attracted to Pacey and literally jumps and kiss Pacey, throwing him on the couch (what's that with the couch, right?) and their kiss was a prove they were so hot for each other... pure crap!
