And...the game changer of Judith (Carl reincarnate?) I think Negan loved Carl in his own way...he respected him and saw him as a means to the future. So perhaps he'll bond with Judith, since she seems to find the good in people.

Well I see when he gets out he goes straight too see Judith, my guess is too say goodbye. She wasn't there though, so I think he wonders if his absence will effect her? In the comics he takes on a different role, so wondering if that will play out on screen!
