I hope they went light on whoever it was. It's a harmless transgression. And led to some fluff publicity for the show. If it wasn't a publicity stunt to begin with. Richard seemed to just find the situation funny.
And I've been in that position many times. Corporations are very, very, cheap, and people are very, very entitled. And low level employees are caught in the middle and they can't win. But I'm projecting my own issues here.
