This might be an unpopular opinion here, but the forgiveness scene in 5x13, if you even want to call it that, was lowkey lame.
They deserved to have an angsty conversation even if the radio calls didn't get fleshed out further. Like, "The commander told me not to be"? Lame. Apologize to each other for your equally messed up actions, talk about how you need to reconnect because you barely know each other anymore, and maybe
then forgive each other.
