Oh that is sad
they really should be careful not to over book. I went to one event, we waited for hours and the organizer person rushed us through, apparently the people ahead of us were taking too long taking pictures so they decided no more pictures right when we got there, the celebrity was a sweetheart but there were a lot of people waiting so it is understandable.
