There were moments in S1 and S2 when Kelly had to begrudgingly admit that she might have been still a bit into Steve, like here or in U4EA when she was like "I thoguht I'd neevr say this, but I sort of miss Steve." It was not rational, but it slipped off her tongue from time to time.
