Season 4 Pacey was even worse than Season 3 Dawson because for Pacey, his annoying behavior went on ALL season long. What he did at the Prom was the worst even if it made sense why he went there. But it was a slow build for episodes, starting in 4.1. It was way longer, and way more annoying.
