Not sure how Netflix works when it comes to posting new seasons. I believe with On Demand, an episode doesn't get added until the next episode airs (so for example: 14x01 of CM wouldn't be put On Demand until 14x02 airs). I think that's how it works. Maybe Netflix doesn't add a season until the new one is airing (so season 13 won't get added until season 14 is airing)
