That's a lot more than what it cost me to go to Comic Con from Philadelphia, Dave. I forget how much the flight was, but it was less than $1,000.

I don't know if they'll have a solo Scarlet Witch movie, Lauren. Why does everyone want movies with characters who didn't even have their own comics? Wanda was only ever in the Avengers or the X-Men comics. She and Vision did have their own limited series, but it was about four issues long and that's it. And Wanda and Steve were never a thing, Lauren. I think you ship Chris and Elizabeth more.

No, Dolores and William didn't die, Lauren.

Teddy shot himself in the head because he couldn't live with the monster he had become after Dolores reprogrammed him, and he refused to help her destroy the human race. William accidentally shot and killed his own daughter, Emily, believing she was a host sent to trick him, but then realized she was real and not a host. He tried to kill himself, but then changed his mind and used his knife to cut into his own arm to see if he was a host himself. That's where Dolores found him and the two teamed up to find the Forge and destroy it. That's where all the human minds were being stored to be implanted into host bodies. But Dolores had rigged William's gun to blow up with the final shot using a dummy bullet. Bernard was also on his way there, after having left the Delos tech Elise behind. Bernard made it to the Forge, but a Delos search team found him and tried to stop him. That's when William and Dolores showed up and shot the Delos team. But then William and Dolores turned on each other once they'd made it to the Forge. William shot Dolores, but his bullets didn't kill her. You have to shoot her in the head. To be fair, William had been shot repeatedly and he didn't die either. When William tried to shoot her in the head, his final shot blew up his gun and he lost two of his fingers. Dolores left him there and she and Bernard went down to the Forge.

Dolores and Bernard found all the guest data and information by linking their minds into the database. Dolores took information that would help her destroy the human race when she made it out of the park. But then Dolores started erasing the human minds in the Forge and set the place to self destruct by flooding it. She also planned to destroy "The Door," which was a portal to a virtual reality world where the hosts' minds could live in a paradise, believing that it was just another prison. Bernard stopped her by shooting her in the head. Meanwhile, William woke up and went into the elevator and followed Bernard and Dolores down to the Forge. But after Bernard shot Dolores and went to the elevator, the doors opened... and William wasn't there. Bernard left the Forge as it was flooding.

Earlier, Maeve had managed to escape the Delos headquarters by using her power to make the dead hosts kill the tech who was about to cut her brain open. When Hector, Armistice, Hanaryo, Lee, Sylvester, and Felix arrived to free Maeve, she had already freed herself by making host bulls attack and kill the Delos guards. Then they all left the Delos headquarters to go to the valley beyond, where the Forge was located. Lee had sacrificed himself to help Maeve and the others escape and was shot and killed by a Delos team. When Maeve and the others got to the valley, the Ghost Nation Indians, led by Akecheta, had already gotten there. When Bernard and Dolores were down in the Forge, they had activated The Door, which opened up to a virtual reality paradise for the hosts to go to. One by one, all the Ghost Nation Indians and the other hosts went into the door, and their minds were sent to the paradise world while their bodies were left behind. Akecheta was reunited with his wife in the virtual reality world. Maeve and the others arrived just in time to see the door open, and Maeve had finally found her daughter.

But then Charlotte Hale and the Delos team arrived. They had reprogrammed Clementine, using data they had taken from Maeve's mind, so that Clementine could sent signals to the hosts to make them kill each other. Maeve made it to her daughter, but then Clementine made the hosts start going crazy and killing each other, and Hector, Armistice, and Hanaryo held them back long enough for Maeve to get to her daughter. Armistice shot and killed Clementine, but it was too late to stop what she had done. Maeve then told her daughter to go with the other hosts and escape to the door, while Maeve used her powers to stop the crazy hosts from attacking and froze them in place. But then the Delos team shot and killed Maeve just as her daughter made it to the door and went to the paradise on the other side. Maeve, Hector, Armistice, and Hanaryo were all killed.

Bernard made it back to the Delos team just as the valley was flooding. At the Delos headquarters he saw Charlotte Hale shoot Elsie(whom he'd promised to protect) because Elise was going to expose Delos' project to turn humans into hosts. That's when Bernard decided to stop Hale and save the remaining hosts, and that's when the big trick ending was revealed. Bernard had actually taken Dolores' control unit out of her head after shooting her in The Forge, and took it with him. He didn't remember this because a part of Robert Ford's mind was still giving him instructions, and after he deleted Ford from his mind Bernard realized that Ford was just in his imagination, and that he was the one making those decisions all along and then forgetting about them. Bernard forgot that he printed a host duplicate body that looked identical to Charlotte Hale and put Dolores' control unit into it. Then Dolores woke up and shot and killed the real Charlotte Hale and took over her identity. So for the entire season, all of the scenes in the present day timeline with Charlotte were actually Dolores pretending to be Charlotte, while the past timeline from two weeks earlier showed how Dolores ended up like that.

When Bernard took Dolores(disguised as Charlotte) and the newly arrived Delos team to The Forge, they found Dolores' dead body where Bernard had left her. Dolores(in her new Charlotte body) killed the entire Delos team, then she reached down to her dead body and took out Teddy's control unit from her pocket(which she had taken from him after he shot himself). She sent Teddy's consciousness to the paradise virtual reality world and then sent that world out into the cloud, where it could never be reached. Dolores told Bernard that she changed her mind, and decided to not destroy the paradise world after all and let the hosts' minds live there in peace. But Bernard knew that Dolores still intended to destroy humanity and now that she was in a body that looked like Charlotte Hale, she could escape to the outside world. Dolores then shot Bernard and took his control unit from his head. She then made it to the beach where the Delos rescue team was. The bodies of Maeve, Armistice, Hector, Hanaryo, and William's daughter, Emily, were all there. William was also there, having been found by the Delos team and being given medical treatment. But wait... where the hell did he go? How did he get there? Felix and Sylvester were asked by the Delos team to salvage whatever hosts they could find that were salvageable, and they both looked at Maeve's body, so it's possible that Felix and Sylvester may be able to being Maeve back to life, along with Hector, Armistice, and Hanaryo.

Dolores managed to escape from the park and make it to the mainland, and she had taken five other control units with her, one of which was Bernard's. She found the home of Arnold, her original creator, whom Bernard was created to be a duplicate of. Robert Ford had left a printing machine in the home for Dolores to make other host bodies with. Dolores created a new body for herself that was a duplicate of her old body and had her control unit put into it. But then she put one of the control units she had brought with her into the Charlotte Hale host she had previously been using, but it wasn't revealed which host control unit it was. She then recreated Bernard and brought him back to life as well. Bernard told her that he still wasn't going to let her destroy humanity, but Dolores said that she'd keep Bernard around to be her adversary, not her friend or ally. There were now only a handful of them left, including her and Bernard, and they'd need each other to survive in the real world, but she wasn't sure what would happen next. It isn't revealed if Dolores still wants to destroy humanity or what Bernard intends to do to stop her, or who the other four host units that Dolores brought with her are.

Meanwhile, a final post credits scene showed William in the elevator finally making it down to The Forge, in what looked like a flashback to when he was following Dolores and Bernard down to the Forge control room. But when the doors opened, William walked out and saw that The Forge wasn't there anymore. It was now years into the future and nothing was left of the Forge but some old machines and the floor was covered in sand. That's when William saw a host version of his daughter, Emily, appear, and she led him to another room that looked identical to the room where William's father in law, James Delos, had been kept after he had been turned into a host-human hybrid. That's where William had been running "fidelity" tests on him to see if the transition had been successful before finally realizing that it wasn't working. William sat down and the Emily host asked him what he expected to find. William said that he wanted to prove that no system can tell him who he is, and that he has a choice. But the Emily host told him that he keeps ending up right back here each time they've tested him. When William asks her how long they've been testing him, host-Emily said "a long time, longer than expected." When William asked her what they were testing for, she replied... "fidelity." William had a look of horror on his face as he realized that he had been turned into a host-human hybrid and was now stuck in the same tests he'd been doing on his father in law years before. But who did this to him? Possibly Dolores. And what would happen to him now?

So basically, this season of Westworld sucked.
