Oh, yeah, Harper’s my 7th favorite character these days now that Octavia’s takes her plummit on my list. But my affection for her probably has more to do with Chelsey than anything else. I liked Harper’s season 4 storyline, but the writers have given her nothing to do this season, and I do think it’s a waste.
