okay let's see if I can explain,
- First choose the picture you want to post from the internet.
- Copy the adress of the image from the adressbar, or click right on the pic, choose properties and copy the adress.
- Pick the little square [the yellow one with moutain and sun] when posting, a pop up will show up
- Paste the link
