I don't think it's full-on depression, Kim. People who have full-on depression aren't able to get out of bed or do much of anything. I'm completely functional.
But I'm not someone who experiences a whole lot of emotions. I tend to run pretty neutral, so it maybe doesn't take much for me to get a bit run down when things are stressful.
