Jack going to Kate
Kate brushing off Sawyer when Jack invited her
Kate trying to flirt ("I have to say, I'm flattered..."), and Jack saying he only invited her because the others don't want her, because to me, that says that if Jack thought there was any chance of Kate getting hurt again, he wouldn't have invited her. And, Kate stepping closer and saying they're both damaged goods.
The net, of course
That was practically a sex scene
The hand groping in the jungle
Jack talking about the night Kate was captured. It sounds like he's replayed that moment in his head a lot, IMO.

From what I've heard spoiler wise, I definitely think the rest of the season will be jate. It better be!
