Can't choose Oliver/Laurel, because they were together in the last 2 episodes of season 1... and Oliver was so TERRIBLE in those episodes... how the heck does he encourage Tommy to make up with Laurel and he beats Tommy to the punch and goes sleep with her. 
Oliver/Laurel only had potential to be written better. But yeah........
Barry/Caitlin, I can probably agree with that. Barry/Caitlin can be the Chloe/Clark of the show. Although with Barry/Caitlin is worst because their friendship seemed to had randomly disappeared probably after season 2...
