I just blame everyone for it, Deb for setting the dealership on fire, Lucas for taking him out, and Kieth for getting liquor that day of the fire. And of course Dan for shooting him....
However, Dan shot Kieth because he thought his brother tried to kill him... so Dan had a hatred for the brother he thought would have easily killed him in a fire.....

Lucas should've just let him burn though.
