I haven't read them. But I know that storyline that shall not be named because I think it's demeaning to Karen's character. And that's actually the story after the "Born Again" arc if I recall correctly. But with how much the show runners have made it clear that the shows and comics are separate, I think they may take pieces of the comics, but not all.
