I don't think we'll see this girl again. But her appearance in the episode did help to establish that The Library is where Jacob truly belongs.
They had her randomly asking Jenkins out and then randomly being into a woman she'd literally just met. Don't think she'll be meeting anyone as a LI this time. According to the promo, she's going on a vacation and of course the place where she goes is having magic related problems.
