My Kind Of Crazy

we do all our festivities on xmas eve. then we go to my sisters for a big breakfast on xmas day. then my sister and the kids spend the day with josh's family. so me and my parents dont do anything anymore on xmas day cuz my mom's mother doesnt do anything and my dads parents are no longer with us.

so we really just need ideas for xmas eve. we usually do a big ham and lots of sides. but we want want to change things up and do something different. have different stuff. my sister is really the only good cook in the family. but my mom can do some small basic stuff. so we are searching online for ideas.
