^ Damien Darhk daughter from Arrow, Nora... and yes from the future.
This is Damien Darhk. But he has all his memories.
Remember the legends have been dealing with time anachronism this season, things that are out of place... well Darhk's corpse was displaced from time and of course in 1895 London ... Nora found out about where Darhk's body was so she went to the past to resurrect Damien.
This is the Damien Darhk from Arrow... so this means killing him would not break the time line. And for some reason this Darhk remembers everything even from his time from Legends, probably it's because of being resurrected.
