All you have to do is take the link of the tweet (like you posted), get rid of everything but the tweet number, and then put the number in between [tweet*] [/tweet*] (without the asterisks).
Here's what it looks like with asterisks:
[tweet*]939839113204813824[/tweet*]
And then take the asterisks out and voila!
