We've had only two snowfalls this season. So odd for my part of the world. I'm sure the skiers haven't been too happy.
And last night a blew up a pyrex pan. Again.
But this time I don't know why! I know what I did wrong last time. Totally just hadn't been thinking. (Put the pan on the stove and accidentally turned on the wrong burner
) But this time? No burners were on. I had just poured a hot batch of fudge in the pan to cool. And a few minutes later? BOOM! Scared the hell out of me. And a huge mess to clean up. And two batches of fudge ruined!
(Cause the previous batch I made was sitting nearby in a an open tupperware). This means tonight I'll be going to the store to buy a new pyrex pan. And all the ingredients for fudge. Again. So not happy about this .
