The Crown is about Queen Elizabeth II, the early days of her reign. It covers her private life, her reign as queen and also what's going on at 10 Downing Street (Prime Minister). The lead actress is fantastic and I'm really enjoying Matt Smith as her husband, Philip as well. So far there are two seasons and I really recommend it if you enjoy British shows, have at least a bit of an interest in the Royals and/or like period dramas.
